OK, so it's only been less than two weeks. Still we are ready for that LOA to arrive now. While we wait we have searched everywhere, google, adoption blogs, websites, orphange related charities, yahoo groups etc and have found nothing about Kailey's orphanage. The only information so far is that this is her orphanages first international adoption. That explains the lack of information. Hasn't anyone been there and posted pics online?
We have also been planning her birthday. We'll be sending a care package to Ann in China who will get it delivered along with a cake and a disposable camera. Hopefully the orphanage staff will take pictures of her birthday celebration and deliver the camera to us when we finally get to China.
Come on LOA. We need our girl home soon.
