Michael turned four this week. We had a wonderful day with family and friends. First thing in the morning the bouncy arrived! It took up the whole front yard. Then the birthday play group arrived. Two of Michael's good school friends came over to bounce and eat cupcakes. The moms enjoyed a chance to talk about our boys' friendship. These boys talk about each other non stop.Later, after nap, was the main event - the long awaited birthday party. He'd been asking us about it for months. It was always someone elses birthday but then finally, it was here! Both sides of the family, wonderful neighbors and close friends filled our small house with birthday wishes and birthday presents. The adults ate and the kids bounced until the wee hours of the night (ok, it was only ten).
